Hi everyone, it's me again, this hear is my latest entry in the story, Next time I'll have some interesting Romance story, and a not so awesome Ghost story. (sorry, its won't be my best work)
Peace on this New Earth was not to last however, Grothgar, one of the more prominent Darklings that rose up from the Dividing, wanted chaos to reign again, gathering an army of followers he rose up and conquered everything in the surrounding area. He cut communications between the races, he encountered little resistance. Finally, word of his actions reached the Elves, concerned with his rapid conquest, they gathered the remaining races into an army to oppose him. It wasn’t easy, and some exchanges were made in order to buy their help. Together the first Allied Army marched to the Allias Ravine (as it was later known) they’d been informed that Grothgar intended to march his forces through and surprise them. However, Grothgar was waiting for them, his ambush was swift, though the Allies fought hard, they couldn’t hold the ravine for long. Grothgar hunted the Allied Army until they were trapped against a mountain. Determined to fight until the end, the Elves were furious over the death of their king. Filled with a rage unlike any other, they fought Grothgar’s army to a standstill. This standstill lasted for several days, eventually though, Grothgar tired of the fight. Appearing on the battlefield, he broke the Elves defense, and just as the Allies lost hope, a wave of new beasts sidelined Grothgar’s army. These beasts were ridden by Men whose eyes burned gold, the Immortals had come. With their hope renewed, the Allies surged forward. Rondel, successor to his father Elethel, met Grothgar in battle. The war raged around them, but neither was to be disturbed. After a vicious bout of fighting, the Elf Prince’s sword broke, and Grothgar roared his victory as he swung for the killing blow. Desperate to save himself, Rondel spoke a spell so complex, it could never be repeated. Drawing on his remaining strength, Rondel felt his life start to slip away, but he was not to die today, the Immortals granted him strength, drawing upon the land, and its inhabitants, finishing the spell, Rondel banished Grothgar to a realm of shadow. With their leader gone, most of the lives he’d enslaved with magic were freed, the others surrendered or fled, thus ended the First War.
